SHIPPING INFO:
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price when shipped within the continental US. I will ship outside the US, but there will be additional shipping fees - please inquire before ordering outside the continental US and I'll let you know the cost. Usually within 2 days of purchase original paintings will be carefully packed & shipped with proper insurance. You will receive a tracking number. Please make sure to save all the original packaging materials in case of a return. I package things very carefully, but on the off chance your item is damaged in transit, if you notify me within 7 days I will refund the full amount once the item is returned. You will need to email or text a good photo of the damage as well. I will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and you will need to send it back within 5 days of getting the return label from me. RETURNS:
I want you to be happy with the artwork, so if for some reason you wish to return it, just notify me via email within 7 days of receiving the art. I will then issue a refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs & customs fees) once I get it back in original condition, though I will not cover your cost to ship it back. Please ship it back in original packaging. Within 5 days you must ship the artwork back to me through a traceable method and provide me with the shipment’s tracking number. If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt and/or you do not ship the work within 5 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Once I get the art back in original condition I will process your return within 2 days (unless I'm out of town) and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus my actual shipping costs, and international customs fees, if any). When you made the purchase, I included shipping cost in the total (if shipped in the continental US), but when returned, I deduct the actual shipping cost and customs fee from that original purchase price.
